Sophie Nerbonne

Sophie Nerbonne is Deputy Director for Legal, International and IT Départements at the French Data Protection Authority, namely, CNIL or Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés. In her passed experience with the CNIL where she has been working for 20 years deals mainly with the economic sectors: banking sector, insurance, telecommunication services, and trade industry.  Before joining the CNIL, she worked  as a legal advisor in the firm SODEXHO, during the subsidiarization of its activities in France. She holds a post-degree from the Institute of political sciences (IEP de Paris) and studied law at the University of Paris II.  Mrs Nerbonne has published regularly in the economic press.

Damian joined Evidon in 2011, initially as VP Strategic Partnerships for the UK and is now responsible for Evidon’s Global sales team and management of the entire European business. Prior to Evidon, Damian was Vice President of International Sales & Services at Auditude Inc. – a video ad management platform (now part of Adobe), where he developed the European go-to-market strategy, helping to build a presence in the UK and Europe. Damian has significant experience in the online advertising sector, including three years as European Sales Director at Right Media, the first online advertising exchange, implementing their European strategy prior to, during and after its takeover by Yahoo!. Damian’s 20+ years of experience include roles at Transactis UK, Abacus Direct, CACI Ltd and Centaur Communications Ltd.

Delphine Charlot

Senior Privacy Counsel at Mastercard for the Europe Region. Delphine works to ensure compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Mastercard’s BCRs across Mastercard’s operations. In particular, Delphine supports business to ensure privacy is built into Mastercard’s products and platforms, with a specific emphasis on HR processing, compliance, and customer tools. She supports the implementation of enterprise solutions which enable individuals to exercise their privacy rights and preferences. In addition, Delphine significantly participates in contract negotiation with Mastercard’s vendors and customers.

Lanre Oluwatona

Lanre Oluwatona is a Data Protection Officer and Trainer with over 25 years’ experience in IT Project, Risk and Change Management. Having previously worked at Hewlett Packard and Dell in project management capacities, Lanre joined the Irish Cancer Society in 2009 where he was responsible for the management and successful delivery of several medium to large scale compliance and IT projects.  He joined the Irish Computer Society in 2014 where he currently advise and assist organizations across various sectors in achieving data protection compliance. Lanre is the National Secretary of the Association of Data Protection Officers (ADPO) and is also a member of ADPO’s Executive Committee. He is also ADPO's permanent representative to the Confederation of European Data Protection Organizations (CEDPO).  Lanre is very passionate about Data Protection and believes in everyone's right to privacy.  He holds several certifications in data protection.

Martin Claich is Implementation Consultant for EMEA at OneTrust the leading privacy management software provider. Prior to this, Martin was Implementation Consultant for enterprise accounts at WCN, a leading provider of graduate recruitment solutions for 2 years. CIPP/E and CIPM qualified, he is also a part time stdent at the Birkbeck School of Law in London. Now responsible for implementation and privacy best practice advice for multi-national clients, Martin brings over 5 years of experience in successful delivery of enterprise software implementation. A proactive and customer focused consultant, Martin has been successful in helping companies streamline and automate processes, making compliance easier while reducing the impact on the business.
